Day 0 (signup): Welcome email + Implementation Guide PDF in-app + Circle auto-invite + 90-second Austin Loom welcome. Account fully unlocked.
Day 1: Austin DM in Circle ("Welcome — what's the one bottleneck in your practice right now?"). System task: complete profile + connect first patient.
Day 7: Filip-led 30-min group setup call (recurring weekly cohort). System prompt: "Run your first Spinal Health Score."
Day 14: Activation check (automated). If no scan logged, trigger human reach-out from Austin's team — single SMS, not email.
Day 30: Conversion confirmation email, next monthly growth call calendar invite, "what's working / what's broken" 1-question survey.
Touchpoints are scheduled in advance. The trialist never wonders what happens next.
4. Activation Definition
A trialist is activated when they have uploaded a first patient scan AND logged a Spinal Health Score by day 14.
Single binary leading indicator, pulled from the existing dashboard. No survey, no self-report. Trialists who hit activation convert at >70%; trialists who don't get the day-14 human SMS. Activation rate is the only metric the team needs to watch in the first 90 days.
5. ChiroTouch Refugee Special
Eligibility: Self-attest current ChiroTouch user via signup checkbox + EIN.
Mechanics: 60 days free (not 30), $0 at signup, auto-converts to $195/mo on day 61.
Cap: 100 seats, first-come. Cap creates urgency; expiry is the cap, not a date.
Sourcing: Targeted outreach to the ~1,000 ChiroTouch users Miyagi identified on Facebook. Single landing page, dedicated UTM, separate Stripe coupon code.
