Single binary leading indicator, pulled from the existing dashboard. No survey, no self-report. Trialists who hit activation convert at >70%; trialists who don't get the day-14 human SMS. Activation rate is the only metric the team needs to watch in the first 90 days.

  3. Refund window. Recommend 14-day no-questions on first $195 charge.
